The rappers are the models for the campaign, so they are wearing the sneakers for a digital distorted image of their hometown. Nahir from France, Sainté from the UK, and Sacky from Italy. To launch the campaign, adidas and Foot Locker enlisted the help of three well-known rappers from Europe.
All in all, the NMDs combine the classic elements of a running shoe with a futuristic twist. With an eye to the future, the shoes are made from recycled materials.
The sneakers have been released in three colorways, a black, a white and a green pink. This is for example visible in the transparent heel clip.
LOOT LOCKER NMD OFFLINE
In this way, the sneaker has combined the offline style of the street with the online style of the digital world. The original NMD has been given a new look by adding digital aspects to the sneaker.
